Özet
Bu araştırma Ege Denizi 'nin Çeşme Yarımadası sahillerinde bulunan Amphipod faunasına ait türleri saptamak amacıyla yapılmıştır. Bu amaçla, Çeşme yarımadasındaki 9 istasyonunun littoral zonları araştırma bölgesi olarak seçilmiştir. Amphipod örnekleri Temmuz 1999- Ekim 1999 tarihleri arasında toplanmıştır. Bu çalışma sonucunda, 12 familya.ve 14 cinse ait 17 tür saptanmış ve eldeki literatürlere göre bu türlerden 4 tanesinin (Autonoe spiniventris (Delia Valle, 1893), Bathyporeia phaiophthalma Bellan-Santini, 1973, Lysianassa caesaera Ruffo, 1987, Urothoe grimaldii (Chevreux, 1895) Türkiye faunası için yeni kayıt oldukları belirlenmiştir.
Benthic amphipods of Çeşme peninsula (Aegean Sea) coast. This research was carried out in order to determine species belonging to Amphipod fauna present in the Çeşme Peninsula coasts of Aegean Sea. For this purpose, littoral zones from 9 stations of the Çeşme Peninsula were chosen. The samples of Amphipods were collected between June 1999 - October 1999. As a result of this study, 17 species belonging to 14 genera and 12 families were determined and 4 species among them (Autonoe spiniventris (Delia Valle, 1893), Bathyporeiaphaiophthalma Bellan-Santini, 1973, Lysianassa caesaera Rufîb, 1987, Urothoe grimaldii (Chevreux, 1895 ) were new records for the fauna of Turkey, according to present literature.
