Özet
Bu çalışmada, etlik piliçlerde yeme lesitini alınmış soya yağı ve lizolesitin ilavesinin performans, besin madde sindirilebilirliği ve kan lipid profili üzerine etkileri incelenmiştir. Toplam 400 adet günlük erkek ve dişi etlik civciv (Ross 308) kullanılmıştır. Civcivler rastgele herbiri 5 tekerrürlü (20 civciv) 4 deneme grubuna ayrılmıştır. Hayvanlar lizolesitin ilaveli (500 mg/kg) veya ilavesiz ham soya yağı ve lesitini alınmış soya yağı içeren yemlerle 42 gün boyunca beslenmiştir. Yem ve su ad-libitum tüketime sunulmuştur. Yemlerde lesitini alınmış soya yağı kullanılması canlı ağırlık ve canlı ağırlık artışını arttırmış ve ilk 21 günlük dönemde yemden yararlanmayı iyileştirmiştir (P<0.05). Ayrıca, lesitini alınmış soya yağı erkek piliçlerde serum trigliserit düzeyini ve dişi piliçlerde serum LDL konsantrasyonunu yükseltmiştir. (P<0.05). Buna karşın, lizolesitin ilavesi etlik piliçlerde performansı, besin madde sindirilebilirliğini ve kan lipit profilini önemli düzeyde etkilememiştir. Sonuç olarak, etlik piliçlerin beslenmesinde lesitini alınmış soya yağı kullanılması büyüme performansı açısından yararlı olacaktır.
In this study, it was investigated that the effects of addition of degummed soybean oil and lysolecithin to diet on performance, nutrient digestibility and blood lipid profile in broilers. A total of 64 days old male and female broiler chicks (Ross 308) were used. The chicks were randomly divided into 4 treatment groups in 5 replicates each (20 chicks). The animals were fed on diets containing crude soybean oil or degummed soybean oil with (500 mg/kg) or without lysolecithin for 42 days. Feed and water were offered for ad-libitum consumption. The use of degummed soybean oil in the diets increased body weight and body weight gain and improved feed conversion ratio in the first 21 days (P <0.05). In addition, degummed soybean oil increased serum triglyceride levels in males and serum LDL concentration in females (P<0.05). However, lysolecithin addition did not significantly affect performance, nutrient digestibility and blood lipid profile in broilers. As a result, the use of degumming soybean oil in broiler nutrition will be beneficial for growth performance.
