Özet
In this study, 11 tomato genotypes including S. neorickii, S. pimpinellifolium, S. peruvianum, S. chilense, S. arcanum, S. habrochaites, S. pennellii and S. lycopersicum from TGRC (Tomato Genetic Resource Center) and one commercial hybrid variety were evaluated for some fruit, leaf and flower properties and DNA markers. They were also screened for some viral and fungal disease resistance by using molecular marker analysis. The fruit weight of genotypes varied from 8 to 45 g. We determined that some genotypes had thin and bad smelling leaf. The genetic variation among the genotypes was evaluated by using SRAP markers. In conclusion, it can be stated that these genotypes having great genetic variation can be used in breeding programs for abiotic and biotic stress resistance. © 2020 International Society for Horticultural Science.
