Özet
Endoskopik biliyer stentleme işlemi tıkanma ikterlerinin tedavisinde en çok tercih edilen yöntemdir. Biliyer stentli hastalarda %5-10 oranında stent migrasyonu meydana gelir. Migre stentlere bağlı intestinal perfo- rasyon oldukça nadir görülen ancak hayatı tehdit eden bir komplikas- yondur. Bu yazıda, migre biliyer stente bağlı duodenum perforasyonu gelişen bir olgu sunulmaktadır.
Endoscopic biliary stenting is the preferred method of decompression in obstructive jaundice. Stent migration occurs in approximately 5%-10% of patients undergoing biliary stenting. Intestinal perforation caused by migrated stents is a very rare but life-threatening complication. In this article, we present a case of a migrated biliary stent that resulted in duodenal perforation.
