Bu çalışmada Styrax Officinalis tohum yağının içerdiği esterbenzofuran bileşiklerinin izole edilmesi ve yapılarının aydınlatılması çalışılmıştır. 5-[3-(benzoyloxy)propyl]-7-methoxy-2(3',4'methylene dioxy phenyl )benzofuran (I); 5-[3-(2-methylbutanoyloxy)propyl]-7-methoxy-2(3,4'- dimethoxyphenyl) benzofuran (ÜT);5- [3 -(2-methylbutanoyioxy)propyl] - 7-methoxy-2(3 ',4' - methylenedioxyphenyl)benzofuran (IV); 5-[3-(acetoxy)propyl)-7-methoxy-2-(3',4'-methylene dioxyphenyl)benzofuran (V), 5-[3-(hyroxyl)propyl)-7-methoxy-2-(3',4'-methylene dioxyphenyl)benzofuran (VI), bileşiklerinin yapılan İD- 2D- NMR (!H, 13C, HMBC, HMQC, COSY, NOESY), HRMS, FABMS, IR ve UV spektroskopik yöntemleri kullanılarak aydınlatılmışta.Anahtar Sözcükler; Styrax; Styrax Officinalis; Esterbenzofuran; Egonol
In this thesis, isolation and structural identefication of esterbenzofuran from seeds of Styrax Officinalis has been studied.
