Özet
The spinning rotor is the most important unit of yarn formation in the spinbox of an OE rotor spinning machine. An experiment was conducted where five different raw materials were spun on an Autocoro 288 rotor spinning machine. Four different rotors were used for each type of raw material. The yarn samples produced were then tested. The properties of the yarns were shown to change with the changing rotor geometry.
