Özet
25 ila 39. gebelik haftaları arasında bakılan umbilikal arter doppler sonuçlarına göre (Sistol/Diastol, Rezistans indeksi) 2 gruba ayrılan 46 gebede, doppler sonuçlarıyla biyofizik profil (BPP) ve perinatal mortalite sonuçlarını karşılaştırmayı.amaçladık. Birinci grupta perinatal mortalite hızı %o 600 bulundu; BPP puanı 7 ve üzerinde olanlarda perinatal mortalite hızı %o 285.71, BPP puanı 6 ve altında olanlarda perinatal mortalite hızı %o 857.14 saptandı, ikinci grupta perinatal mortalite hızı %o 58.82 bulundu; BPP 7 ve üzerinde olanlarda perinatal mortalite hızı %o 0.6; altı ve altında olanlarda %o 1000 saptandı. Umbilikal arter dopplerinde S/D ve Rİ değerleri artan gebelerin takibinde; BPP skor ortalamaları, doppler değerleri normal olan gebelere göre düşmektedir ve perinatal mortalite hızları artmaktadır (p<0,01).
In this study; according to their umbilical artery doppler results (S/D,RI) 46 pregnant women who are between 25 and 39 gestational weeks were classified in two groups. Umbilical artery doppler; BPP and perinatal mortality results were compared in the two groups. Perinatal mortality rate was %o 600. in the I. group of women. In this group, women who had a BPP score of 7 or higher, had a perinatal mortality rate of %o 285,71; but with a BPP score of 6 or lower had a perinatal mortality rate of %o 857,14. In the second group perinatal mortality rate was %o 58,82. In the II. group women who had a BPP score of 7 or higher, had a perinatal mortality rate of %o 0,6; but with a BPP score of 6 or lower had a perinatal mortality rate of %o 1000. As a result pregnant women who have a high umbilical artery doppler flow index (S/D, RI) get a higher perinatal mortality rate and lower median BPP score than the pregnant women who have a normal umbilical artery doppler flow index
