Özet
Image of beloved is in the center of divan poem. Therefore, the beauty of beloved or women is addressed so carefully and handled in detail by Divan poets. The nuances about the beauty of beloved or women in Divan poem have been collected and systematized by some poets and researchers. But, it is not possible to say the same thing for Turkish folk poem. However, the image beloved is also very important in Turkish folk poetry. Although the beauty of the beloved or women is not handled delicately and in detail in Turkish folk poem, in general terms it shows parallelism with Divan poem. The hair, eyebrow, eyes, eyelash, lips, teeth, figure and coyness of the beloved has been mentioned in Turkish folk poem, too. Above mentioned elements have common features in many aspects for the Divan poem and folk poem. However, the elements about the beauty of the beloved or women in the folk poem followed by a more realistic line compared to the divan poem, due to the fact that beauty of the beloved or women is described according to the aesthetic emotion and aesthetic conception of the people. The magnificent similitudes on the beauty of the beloved or women in Divan poem turn into more concrete ones in the folk poem. For example, the hair of the beloved has been compared to the lagmen (macaroni), the eyebrow to sickle, the eyes to light, the waist to waist of an ant in the Uyghur folk poem. It is important to determine the elements about the beauty of the beloved or women in Turkish folk poem in order to understand the relation and interaction between Divan poem and folk poem. In this article, the elements on the beauty of the beloved or women in Uyghur love poems will be identified and analyzed.
