Özet
İnsan hakları, modern zamanların çokça tartışılan mefhumlarından biridir. Özellikle çoğunluğu Müslüman olan toplumların batı toplumları tarafından bu başlık altında sıklıkla eleştirilmesi insan haklarını Müslüman toplumlar açısından daha da kritik ve önemli bir mesele haline getirmektedir. Bu nedenle insan hakları teorisinde İslam inancına aykırı bir unsur olup olmadığı merak konusu olmakla birlikte konunun kapsam büyüklüğü göz önüne alındığında meseleyi farklı açılardan ele alan çalışmaların da gerekliliği ortaya çıkmaktadır. Biz bu çalışmada Müslümanların kutsal metni olan Kuran'ın, temel insan hakları olarak bilinen hayat, hürriyet ve mülkiyet haklarına nasıl yaklaştığını ele almaya çalışacağız
The concept of human rights is one of the most debated issues of the modern era. the fact of Muslim-majority societies being often criticized by western societies in the context of human rights makes it an even more important and a critical issue for Muslim people. So it remains to be a mystery whether or not the theory of human rights has elements that are contrary to the Islamic belief. When the broadness of the subject is considered, there comes up the necessity for works that deal with the issue from different aspects. in this work, we will try to examine the approach of Quran -the holy text of Muslims- on human rights that is commonly known as life, liberty and property
