V ÖZET MANİSA MURADİYE YÖRESİ SALÇALIK DOMATES ÇEŞİTLERİNDE KATKILI KOMPOZE GÜBRELERİN VERİM VE KİMİ KALİTE ÖZELLİKLERİ ÜZERİNDEKİ ETKİNLİĞİNİN BELİRLENMESİ TUTAM, Murat Yüksek Lisans Tezi, Toprak Anabilim Dalı Tez Yöneticisi: Doç. Dr. Murat OKTAY Ocak 2000, 109 sayfa Bu çalışmada, tarla koşullarında çinko katkılı ve katkısız farklı dozlardaki 15:15:15 kompoze gübrelerinin Rio-Grande sanayi domatesinin verim ve kimi kalite özellikleri üzerine etkileri araştırılmıştır. Deneme,tesadüf blokları deneme desenine göre 3 tekerrürlü olarak Manisa-Muradiye Bölgesi'nde 1998 yılında kurulmuştur. Denemede çinko katkılı ve katkısız 15:15:15 kompoze gübreleri, 29,4 m2'lik parsellere 25, 50, 75 kg /da seviyelerinde olacak şekilde fide dikiminin ardından temel gübreleme olarak uygulanmıştır. Aynca üst gübreleme olarak her parsele eşit miktarda 40 kg/da olacak şekilde kireçli amonyum nitrat (CAN) gübresi uygulanmıştır. Birinci hasat döneminde alınan yaprak ve meyve örneklerinde gerekli analizler yapılarak şu sonuçlara ulaşılmıştır; çinko katkılı 15:15:15 kompoze gübre uygulamaları ile toplam verim (kg/da), brix (%), kuru madde (%), renk (a/b), sertlik (kg) değerlerinde katkısız kompoze gübre uygulamalarına oranla daha olumlu etkiler gözlerımiştir. Artan dozlarda uygulanan her iki gübre çeşidinde de yaprak ve meyve örneklerinin N, P, K içeriklerinin arttığı, aynca artan dozlarda çinko katkılı 15:15:15 kompoze uygulamalarına paralel olarak yaprakların ve meyvelerin Zn içerMerinin artış gösterdiği saptanmıştır. Çinko katkılı ve katkısız 15:15:15 kompoze gübre uygulamalarına bağlı olarak meyve kalite parametrelerinden olan pH, titre edilebilir asitlik (%) değerlerinde ve yaprakların ve meyvelerin % Ca ve % Mg içeriklerinde istatistiki açıdan bir farklılığın oluşmadığı ortaya çıkmıştır. ABSTRACT THE EFFECT OF ZINC ENRICHED AND NORMAL COMPOUND FERTILIZER ON YIELD AND SOME QUALITY CHARACTERISTICS OF PROCESSING TOMATO GROWN IN MURADİYE REGION TUTAM. Prof. Dr. Murat OKTAY January 2000, 109 page The aim of this determine of the effectiveness of the additive (supplementary) compound fertilizers, yield and some quality, features on Manisa-Muradiye regions tomato varieties used for tomato paste. m this field study, at different dozes with and without zinc additive 15:15:15 compound fertilizers effectiveness on yield and some quality features of Rio-Grande industrial tomato plant were searched. The experiment was on Manisa-Muradiye region according to randomized block design with three replicates in 1998. In the experiment, with and without zinc additive 15:15:15 compound fertilizers were applied as basal fertilizer at 25, 50, 75 kg/da levels to 29,4 mz plots after planting of the seedlings. In addition, 40 kg/da calcium amonium nitrate (CAN) fertilizer was applied to every plot for top dressing. After the analysis being done on the leaf and fruit samples that were taken at the first harvesting period. Those results were being; with using the zinc additive 15:15:15 compound fertilizers, better affects were observed at total yield, brix (%), dry matter (%), color (a/b), hardness (kg) values than using the without zinc additive compound fertilizers. Leaf and fruit samples N, P, K concentrations were increased with the increasing application of both fertilizers, and it was determined that the leaves and fruits Zn concentrations were also increased with the increasing of the zinc additive compound fertilizers.According to the application of the with and without zinc additive 15:15:15 compound fertilizers, there was no statistically difference on the fruit quality parameters which were pH, titratable acidity % values, leaves and fruits % Ca and Mg concentrations.
