Özet
Bu araştırmada kuru üzüm üretimi ele alınarak, İzmir ve Manisa İllerinin seçilmiş ilçe ve köylerindeki ekolojik tarım ve yayım çalışmaları incelenmiştir. Veriler, ekolojik kuru üzüm üreticilerinden (84 çiftçi) ve dört özel firmadan toplanmıştır. Bulgulara göre; en önemli aktörler olan yurtdışındaki kuruluşlar sistemi yönlendirmekte ve tüketici, bilgi/teknoloji üreticisi, denetleyici gibi roller üstlenmektedirler. Kamu yayım örgütünün, üniversite ve araştırma kuruluşlarının ekolojik tarım çalışmaları SSE istenen düzeyde değildir.
In this research, ecological farming and extension activities have been examined in the selected counties and villages of Izmir and Manisa provinces by case of raisin production. The data have been collected from the ecological raisin growers (84 farmers), and from four private firms. According to the findings, the foreign organizations are the most important actors directing the sector and they have consumer, knowledge/technology producer and supervisor roles., The activities of public extension service, university and research institutes on ecological farming are not at the intended level.
