Özet
Bu çalışmada döşemelik kumaş tiplerine kir iticilik bitim işlemi uygulanmış ve çeşitli bitim işlemi uygulanmış ve çeşitli bitim işlemi görmüş örneklerin kirlenmeye olan etkileri irdelenmiştir. Döşemelik kumaşların kullanım sırasındaki kirlenmesine daha çok el kirinin sebep olduğu bilindiğinden, insan kirine benzeyen bir kir bileşimi hazırlanmıştır. Ayrıca kirin, döşemelik kumaşa elle temas şeklinde aktarılması esas alınarak bir kirletme test yöntemi geliştirilmiştir. Çeşitli bitim işlemi görmüş döşemelik kumaş örnekleri, geliştirilen kirletme test yöntemi ile kirletilip, kirlenme durumu Datacolor marka DC 3881 tipi bilgisayarlı spektralfotometrede IRIS paket programı kullanarak değerlendirilmiştir.
In this research, soil-repellent aftertreatments was applied to different types of upholstery fabrics and the effects of these finishing treatments on the soiling effect of the upholstery fabric was assessed. It is known that hand skin dirts called sebum tend to soil the upholstery fabrics more during usage. So, a kind of synthetic sebum was prepared. A soiling test method was developed which presented by a direct contact with slightly dirty hands. the upholstery fabrics treated with the above mentioned aftertreatments were dirtied according to the developed method and the soiling degree of the samples were evaluated by Datacolor DC 3881 Computrized spectralphotometer with IRIS program.
