Özet
A 1532 g premature infant was born to'a mother who had undergone orthotopic liver transplantation due to autoimmune'cir-^ ^rhosis,^by caesarean section. The conception is the second earliest to date, 5.5 months after transplantation. Prematurity was the only complication due to maternal immunosuppressive treatment. The mother has been experiencing moderate cholestasis since second trimester.
