SUMMARY In this project the production planning of an export aimed confection factory which produces 400. men ski trousers daily has "been carried out. Kor production a model of sewing period of 104.2 min. (including facing and wadding) has been chosen. %¦ considering the quality and economicnes®, 20 kinds of materials have been determined for production of this ski trousers. The planning is done by pointing out the studyings and the examinations which are done in the factory which are produced ski trousers» The production departmants gr.d their working procedures are as fallow: In the drawing department, it1 s seen that the patterns which are produced in the desdgn ^department are drawn on a spe cial paper and increased with tracing. In this manner disposal of time and occupation will be ensured. In the cut ting< department, spreading will be done by machines. Thus, muttisg department will work as fast as possible. In addition in the arrengement department, parts of the fabric that are cut, will be numberized and controlled. Worker carrying hank system for the sewing production process has been chosen. In the election, the low state of the investment cost has played the most important role. As the pro duction of ski trousers is hard and the quality is important (esp. because of the reason that the production is export ai med), special educated workmen are needed for the job. Also, as thetime period that the workers are active for the chosen system is more than other systems, another advantage of working with methodically educated comes into being. After the sewing, trousers will be ironed by upsetted f lat-irons. In the quality control department, 100% test of the pro cess control will be confirmed. Process control, has been thought necessary because of the reason that the production time of pro duce is much and as to determine the production faults accunat- ely and as not to halt the flow of labour. It' s explained how the controls, which the controllers did by using patterns, are done as a standart. As for the wage system, accord paid system is chosen so as to direct the workers to a productive labour.
