Beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmenlerinin örgütsel bağlılıkları ve örgütsel sessizlikleri arasındaki ilişki

Özet
Bu araştırma, beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmenlerinin örgütsel bağlılık ve örgütsel sessizliklerinin, yaş, cinsiyet, medeni durum, kurum türü, toplam çalışma yılı ve mevcut kurumdaki çalışma yılı açısından farklılıklarını ve aralarındaki olası ilişkileri incelemek için gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma'nın örneklemini İzmir'de özel okullarda ve kamu kuruluşlarında görev yapan 130'u kadın ve 202'si erkek olmak üzere toplam 332 beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmeni oluşturulmuştur. Araştırma da veri toplama aracı olarak katılımcıların demografik özelliklerinin yer aldığı "Kişisel Bilgi Formu", Allen ve Meyer (1990) tarafından geliştirilen, Türkçe uyarlama çalışması Wasti (2000) tarafından gerçekleştirilmiş olan "Örgütsel Bağlılık Ölçeği" ve Dyne, Ang ve Botero (2003) tarafından geliştirilen, Türkçe uyarlama çalışması Taşkıran (2010) tarafından gerçekleştirilen ve " Örgütsel Sessizlik Ölçeği" kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda saptanan verilerin istatistiksel analizi SPSS programı aracılığıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Verilerin çözümlenmesinde aritmetik ortalama, standart sapma ve değişkenlere göre farkları ortaya koymak için t-testi yapılmıştır. Ayrıca örgütsel bağlılık ile örgütsel sessizlik arasındaki olası ilişkileri b üzere korelasyon analizi uygulanmıştır. Araştırma bulgularına göre, örgütsel bağlılık alt boyutlarından normatif bağlılık alt boyutunda demografik değişkenler açısından gruplararası fark tespit edilmemiştir (p>.05). Duygusal bağlılık ile kurum türüne göre anlamlı farklar saptanmıştır. Devam bağlılığı ile de cinsiyet ve kurum türü değişkenleri arasında anlamlı fark tespit edilmiştir (p<.05). Örgütsel sessizlik ile ilgili araştırma bulgularına göre sadece sessizlik alt boyutunda cinsiyete göre anlamlı farklılık tespit edilirken, diğer demografik değişkenlere göre farklılık oluşmadığı belirlenmiştir. Korelasyon analizi bulguları incelendiğinde örgütsel bağlılık ile örgütsel sessizlik arasındaki ilişkilere yönelik olarak, örgütsel bağlılık ile bireysel sessizlik arasında pozitif yönlü ilişkiler ortaya konmuştur. Örgütsel bağlılık ile ilişkisel sessizlik arasında ise sadece duygusal bağlılıkta pozitif yönlü çok düşük ilişki belirlenmiştir. Sonuç olarak, örgütsel bağlılığın öğretmenlerin cinsiyetlerine ve kurum türüne göre değişkenlik gösterdiği, örgütsel sessizlikte ise sadece cinsiyet değişkeninin etkili olduğu görülmüştür. This study was carried out to examine the differences physical education and sports teachers' organizational commitment and organizational silence with regards to age, gender, marital status, type of institution, total working years and working years in the current institution and possible relations between organizational commitment and organizational silence. The sample of the research consisted of 332 physical education and sports teachers, 130 women and 202 men, working in private schools and public institutions in Izmir. In the study, the "Personal Information Form", which included the socio-demographic characteristics of the participants, the "Organizational Commitment Scale" developed by Allen and Meyer (1990), and the Turkish adaptation study was carried out by Wasti (2000), The "Organizational Silence Scale" developed by Dyne, Ang and Botero (2003) and adapted into Turkish by Taşkıran (2010) were used as data collection tools. Statistical analysis of the obtained data was carried out using the SPSS program. In the analysis of the data, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and t-test were applied to specify the differences, and correlation analysis were applied to determine the possible relationships between organizational commitment and organizational silence. According to the research findings, no significant discrepancy was found in normative commitment from the point of demographic variables (p>.05). A apparent difference was found between affective commitment and the type of institution. Significant differences were found between continuance commitment and variables such as gender and institution type (p<.05). As regards the research findings on organizational silence, a distinct difference was found only in individual silence with regards to gender, while it was appointed that there was no difference according to other demographic variables. According to the findings of the correlation analysis for the relation between organizational commitment and organizational silence, positive relationships were found between organizational commitment and individual silence. In additionally, a very low positive correlation was determined between organizational commitment and relational silence, and a very low positive correlation was determined between emotional commitment and individual silence. To conclude, it has been seen that organizational commitment varies according to the gender of the teachers and the type of institution, while only gender is effective in organizational silence.
