Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı, Gölcük Gölü zooplanktonunun kalitatif ve kantitatif yönden incelenerek kompozisyonunun ortaya konması ve daha önceki yıllarda yapılan çalışmalarla karşılaştırılarak değişimlerin saptanmasıdır. Bu amaçla, Haziran 1994 - Mayıs 1995 tarihleri arasında, gölde belirlenen 5 istasyondan aylık olarak vertikal ve horizontal örneklemeler yapılmış, su örnekleri alınarak gölün fiziko-kimyasal yapısı araştırılmıştır. Bu çalışmalar sonunda gölün zooplankton faunasını Rotifera, Cladocera ve Copepoda gruplarının oluşturduğu belirlenmiş; Rotifera’dan 17, Cladocera’dan 10, Copepoda’dan ise 6 tür saptanmıştır. Saptanan bu türler içinde Rotifera’dan 8, Cladocera’dan 4 ve Copepoda’dan 2 tür Gölcük Gölü’nden ilk kez bildirilmektedir. Kantitatif açıdan ise Copepoda birinci sırada yer alıp onu Cladocera ve Rotifera izlemektedir.
The aim of this research is an investigation of the zooplankton biomass of Gölcük Lake; defining of community and meeting another research which studied on before and exposing the changings. With this aim, vertical ve horizontal samples were taken from 5 stations choosen in the lake. The physico-chemical parameters of water was researched. As a result, determine that the Rotifera, Cladocera and Copepoda were composed of zooplanktonic fauna of lake. 17 species from Rotifera, 10 species from Cladocera and 6 species from Copepoda are determined. 8 species from Rotifera, 4 species from Cladocera and 2 species from Copepoda was reported the first time from Gölcük Lake. It can explain that, numerously Copepoda was the first group; Cladocera and Rotifera was followed it.
