Çim tohumlarında yaygın olan fusarıum türüne karşı bazı fungisitlerin etkililiklerinin belirlenmesi

Özet
Çim tohumlarıyla taşınan hastalıklar oldukça yıkıcı oldukları için, çimi sağlıklı tutmanın ilk koşulu tohumla taşınan hastalıklarla savaşımdır. Tohum kaynaklı hastalıklara neden olan etmenlerin en önemlilerinden biri Fusarium spp.'dir. Ülkemizde çim alanlarında ruhsatlı preparat bulunmamaktadır. Bu tez çalışmasında, Ege Bölgesi'ndeki çeşitli kurum ve kuruluşlardan 28 farklı noktadan 40 farklı çim tohumu numunesi alınmıştır. Bu örneklerin 11'inden patojen Fusarium spp. izole edilmiştir. Elde edilen izolatların virülensi yüksek 4 adet Fusarium avenaceum izolatı ile 7 farklı fungisit in vitro'da denenmiştir. İzolatların ED50 ve MIC değerleri her fungisit için ayrı ayrı hesaplanmıştır. Fungisitlerin içinde tebuconazole 060FS, azoxystrobin+fludioxonil+metalaxyl-M CST 125FS, tebuconazole 25 WP ve prothioconazole+tebuconazole FS400 en düşük ED50 değerlerine sahip iken MIC değerleri açısından en etkili olarak tüm izolatlar için 3 ppm ile tebuconazole 060FS ve tebuconazole 25 WP saptanmıştır. Asetik asit+hidrojen peroksit SL in vitro uygulamalarında ise, %0.5 konsantrasyonda 15 dakika bandırma uygulaması patojenin gelişimini tamamen engellemiştir. Saksılarda tohum uygulaması olarak yürütülen in vivo testlerde %86.56 ile prothioconazole+tebuconazole FS 400 en etkili bulunmuş bunu %82.30 etki ile azoxystrobin+fludioxonil+metalaxyl-M CST 125FS izlemiştir. Carboxin+Thiram FF tohum uygulaması etkili bulunmamıştır
Since seed-borne pathogens in turf are become very devastating, the first step to maintain disease free lawn is to management seed-borne diseases by seed treatments. One of the most important seed-borne pathogens of turf is Fusarium spp. There is no registered fungicides on turf in Turkey. In this study, fungicides were evaluated for their ability to control seed-borne Fusarium blight by seed treatments carring on turfgrass seeds are evaluated in vitro and pot conditions. Totally, the number of 40 seed samples were collected from different 28 municipals, distributors, retails and etc. in Aegean Province. The number of 11 pathogens Fusarium spp. were isaolated from these samples. The total of seven fungicides were evaluated on four Fusarium avenaceum isolates with high virulent from the isolates in vitro. The ED50 and MIC values of each isolates were determiden for thr fungicides, individually. Among the fungicides, while tebuconozole 060FS, azoxystrobin+fludioxonil+metalaxyl-M CST 125 FS, tebuconazole 25 WP and prothioconazole+tebuconazole FS400 had the lowest ED50 values, the best results in terms of MIC values were obtained from tebuconazole 060FS and tebuconazole 25 WP. With 3 ppm for all isolates tested. Meanwhile, asetic acid+hydrogen peroxide SL treatment by dipping 0.5% for 15 min. in vitro inhibited pathogen growth totally. Prothioconazole+tebuconazole FS 400 had the highest efficacy with 86.56% followe by azoxystrobin+fludioxonil+metalaxyl-M CST 125 FS with 82.30% in pot conditions as seed treatments in vivo. Seed treatment with carboxin+thiram FF was found no effective, at all.
