Groups of automorphisms of Chevalley algebras

In the paper we present an extension of Segal theorem on Lie algebra automorphisms of upper triangular nilpotent matrices to the whole class of nilpotent subalgebras generated by positive parts of indecomposable Chevalley algebras.
