Özet
Bu çalışma, yeşil ot, dane ve saman formlarında hasat edilen Adi Mürdümük (Lathyrus sativus L.) yem bitkisinin yem değerinin in vitro yöntemlerden (Weende analiz yöntemi, Van Soest analiz yöntemi) yararlanılarak ortaya konması amacıyla yapılmıştır. Çalışma iki aşamada yürütülmüştür. İlk aşamada Mürdümük bitkisinin yeşil ot formunun, ikinci aşamada da bu bitkinin dane ve saman formlarının yem değeri bulunmuştur. Mürdümük bitkisinin yeşil ot, dane ve saman formlarının ham protein içerikleri sırasıyla % 19,87, 30.38 ve 9.05; Weende analiz yöntemiyle elde edilen doğal halde ME değerleri sırasıyla 489 kcal/kg, 2658 kcal/kg, 1900 kcal/kg olarak bulunmuştur. Mürdümük bitkisinin en yüksek ME değerleri yeşil ot ve saman formunda nötral deterjan lif (NDF) parametresi, dane formunda ise acid deterjan lif (ADF) parametresinden elde edilmiştir. Weende yöntemi ile elde edilen ME değerleri ile en yüksek düzeyde ilişki ADF parametresinde bulunmuştur. Sonuç olarak, ham protein ve metabolik enerji değerinin yüksek olması nedeniyle mürdümük bitkisinin dane, yeşil ot ve samanı formlarının kaliteli alternatif bir yem kaynağı olduğu söylenebilir. Ancak dane formunda anti besleme özellikleri ortadan kaldırılmasında fayda vardır.
This aim of the study was to determine the feed value of grasspea (Lathyrus sativus L.) as a form of fresh, seed and straw by using in vitro Weende and Van Soest analysis methods. This study was carried out in the two stages. In the first stage, it was found the feed value of the fresh form of grasspea, in the second stage it was found the feed value of seed and straw forms of grasspea. Accoding to the Weende analysis method, the fresh, seed and straw forms of grasspea respectively had 19,87 %, 30.38 % ve 9.05 % for crude protein and 489 kcal/kg, 2658 kcal/kg, 1900 kcal/kg for Metabolizable energy (ME). The highest ME values were found with neutral detergent fiber (NDF) parameters in fresh and straw forms of grasspea, with acid cetergent fiber (ADF) in seed form of grasspea, The highest correlation coefficient was found between in vitro Weende ME and ADF parameter (n=9, r=0.99, P<0.01). In conclusion, because of high crude protein and metabolizable energy values of grasspea, it can be said that the fresh, seed and straw forms of grasspea are good quality alternative feed sources for animals. However, the anti-nutritional factors should be considered for seed forms of grasspea.
