Özet
Bu çalışmada, Gediz Nehri'nden Ege Denizi'ne taşınan radyoaktivite (radyum) miktarı aylık ve yıllık olarak hesaplanmaya çalışıldı. Bu amaçla, nehir üzerindeki denize yakın bir istasyondan su örnekleri toplandı. Toplanan örneklerin pH, Eh, sıcaklık ve radyum aktiviteleri ölçüldü ve bunlar sırasıyla 7,88, -52 mV, 19°C ve 6.70 pCi/l olarak bulundu.
In this work, the quantity of radioactivity (radium), which flows into the Aegean Sea, was tried to calculate monthly and yearly. For that reason, water samples were collected from the station near the sea on the river. pH, Eh, temperature and radium activities of the collected samples were measured and their values were found as 7.88, -52 mV, 19°C and 6.70 pCi/l, respectively.
