Özet
Matricaria recutita ( L. ) Dünya'da ve Türkiye'de eski çağlardan beri halk ilacı olarak kullanılan bir bitkidir. M. recutita başta Türk Farmakopesi olmak üzere 26 Farmakope ve Monografta yer almaktadır. Asteraceae (Compositae) familyasına ait ülkemizde tıbbi papatya adı ile bilinen bitki Avrupa ve Batı Asya kökenli olup, papatya ailesinin bir üyesidir. Etnobotanik kullanımın yanı sıra araştırılan literatürlerde M. recutita bitkisinin antienflamatuar, antitümör, spazmolitik, antiülser, kemoprotektif, antiseptik, antibakteriyel, antifungal, antiviral, immunostimulan, antimikrobiyal, antihiperglisemik, sedatif, kaşıntı giderici, antigenotoksik, antioksidan ve antikanser etkilerinin olduğu belirtilmiştir. Bu araştırmamızda eczanelerde drog olarak satışı yapılan iki farklı firmadan alınmış ve İzmir'in Urla ilçesinde doğal ortamdan kendi topladığımız üç farklı tıbbi papatya örneği kullanılmıştır. M. recutita bitkisinin tayinine yardımcı olacak özellikler makroskobik ve mikroskobik olarak gözlemlenmiştir. Bitkinin çiçekli dönemde toplanan drog örneklerinin kurutmada kayıp, total kül ve sülfat külü miktarları belirlenmiştir. Örneklerinin analizleri Türk Farmakopesi (2017) ve Avrupa Farmakopesi (8.0)'ne göre yapılmıştır ve sonuçlar belirtilen değerlere uyumlu bulunmuştur. Matricariae flos droğunun su ekstresi hazırlanarak yine su ile 1 mg/ml konsantrasyon çözeltisi hazırlayarak deneyler yapılmıştır. Örneklerden elde edilen su ekstreleri üzerinde total fenolik madde miktarı, total flavonoit analizi, ABTS+ Radikal Katyon Yakalama Aktivitesi ve DPPH Radikali Yakalama Aktivitesi çalışmaları yapılarak antioksidan aktivitesi belirlenmiştir. Elde edilen total fenolik madde miktarı, total flavonoit analizi sonuçları ile ABTS+ Radikal Katyon Yakalama Aktivitesi ve DPPH Radikali Yakalama Aktivitesi sonuçları uyumludur. DPPH yakalama aktivitesi tüm örneklerde birbirine çok yakın değerler göstermiştir. Belirtilen değerler güçlü antioksidan aktivite sergilemektedir. ABTS Radikal Katyon Yakalama Aktivitesi en düşük T numunesi olmuştur. Sonuç olarak toplanan droglar ve satın alınan droglar antioksidan özelliklere sahip örnekler olduğunu söyleyebiliriz. Matricaria recutita (L.) is a plant used in folk medicine since ancient times in the world and Turkey. M. recutita takes place in 26 Pharmacopoeias and Monographs, especially in Turkish Pharmacopoeia. Asteraceae (Compositae) belongs to the family in our country known as medicinal chamomile plant in Europe and West Asia origin, is a member of the daisy family. In addition to the ethnobotanical use, M. recutita is an antiinflammatory, antitumor, antispasmolytic, antiulcer, chemoprotective, antiseptic, antibacterial, antifungal, antiviral, immunostimulant, antimicrobial, antihyperglycemic, sedative, antiitch, antigenotoxicant, antioxidant and anticancer effect. In this research, three different medicinal chamomile specimens were collected from the natural environment in the Urla district of Izmir. The properties of M. recutita were determined macroscopically and microscopically. Loss of total ash and sulphate ash were determined in the drying period. The samples were analyzed according to the Turkish Pharmacopoeia (2017) and European Pharmacopoeia (8.0) and the results were found to be consistent with the stated values. Water extracts of Matricariae flos were prepared and experiments were carried out by preparing 1 mg / ml concentration solution with water. Total phenolic content, total flavonoids analysis, ABTS+ Radical Cation Trapping Activity and DPPH Radical Trapping Activity were determined on the water extracts obtained from the samples and antioxidant activity was determined. Total phenolic content, total flavonoid analysis results and ABTS+ Radical Cation Capture Activity and DPPH Radical Capture Activity results were consistent. DPPH trapping activity showed very close values in all samples. The indicated values show strong antioxidant activity. ABTS Radical Cation Trapping Activity was the lowest T sample. As a result we can say that the collected drugs and the purchased drugs are samples with antioxidant properties. Quality Control Studies on Matricariae Flos .
