Özet

In this study, three samples of Typical Xerofluvent soil were used. Soil samples were passed through from an 8 mm sieve, were placed into erosion plots which have a drain pipe and sized as 30x45x15 cm. Different doses (0, 10, 20 and 40 t/ha) of organic wastes (olive mill and tobacco) were applied as uniformly by hand on soil surface into the erosion plot unmixed with soil. After one hour application of rainstorms on plots by different rainfall intensities (30, 60 and 90 mm/h), pH and EC values of experimental soils were measured. As a result of research, runoff and soil loss from the plots were decreased and drainage was increased significantly by application of olive mill and tobacco wastes. In addition, these wastes were affected on pH and EC significantly. It was found that minimized organic wastes were effective on decreasing erosion.
