Özet
Bu tez çalışması Ege bölgesi ekolojik koşullarında yetiştirilecek börülce (Vigna unguiculata (L.) Walp.) ekotiplerinin bazı morfolojik özellikleri ile verim ve verim öğelerinin belirlenmesi amacıyla Ege Üniversitesi Ziraat Fakültesi Bahçe Bitkileri Bölümünün üretim ve araştırma alanlarında 2019-2020 üretim sezonunda gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışmada hem yabancı hem de yerel börülce genotipleri deneme alanlarına ekilmiş ve genotiplerin morfolojik ve verim ögeleri karşılaştırılmıştır. Çalışmada yurt dışından getirilen 26 yabancı ve 42 yerel börülce genotipi denemeye alınmıştır. İncelenen agronomik özellikleri çıkış süresi, çiçeklenme süresi, vejetasyon süresi, agromorfolojik özellikleri ise büyüme davranışı ve tipi, hipokotil uzunluğu, bitkide renk, tüylenme durumu ve dal sayısı, yaprakların rengi, şekli ve alanı gibi özellikler gözlenmiş, ayrıca, çiçek özellikleri (ilk çiçeklenme,% 50 çiçeklenme, renk ve çiçek salkımın yeri) incelenmiş, bakla oluşumundan sonra, bakla şekli, rengi, uzunluğu, genişliği ve çapı, tohumlarda ise tohum şekli, rengi, göz rengi, uzunluğu, genişliği, çapı gibi özellikler belirlenmiştir. Hasat ettikten sonra verim ve verim öğeleri (bitkide bakla sayısı, baklada tane sayısı, bin dane ağırlığı ve dekara tane verimi) tespit edilmiştir.
This thesis was carried out in the 2019-2020 production season in the field of Ege University Faculty of Agriculture in order to determine some physiological and morphological traits, yield and yield elements of cowpea (Vigna unguiculata (L.) Walp.) ecotypes to be grown in Aegean ecological conditions. This study was carried out with the aim of reporting cowpea yield and other characteristics. It is the study and comparison of the experiment used both foreign and locally in cultivation of different cowpea varieties. For best use in production or pre-breeding studies, plant genetic resources in the trial included 26 foreign and 42 local varieties. The agronomic properties are examined, the duration of the germination, the duration of flowering, the vegetation period, the agromorphological traits, the growth behavior and type, the hypocotyl length, the color of the plant, the number of feathers and the number of branches, the color, shape and area of the leaves were also observed. 50% flowering, color and location of the inflorescences) were examined, and after pod formation, features such as pod shape, color, length, width and diameter, and seed shape, color, eye color, length, width, diameter were observed. After harvest, yield and yield items (Number of pod in plant, number of seed in pod, thousand grain weights and yield per decare) were determined.
