Özet
Bu çalışmada, uzun yıllardan beri Doğu Anadolu ve Güneydoğu Anadolu'da çeşitli şekillerde tüketilen, Polygonaceae familyasına dahil Rheum ribes L. bitkisinin fitokimyasal özellikleri, ekstraksiyonu, molekül izolasyonu ve bu moleküllerin yapı tayini gerçekleştirilmiştir.. Yapılan çalışmada Rheum ribes bitkisi Erzincan-Kemaliye'den toplanmıştır. Kurutulup öğütülmüştür. Total antioksidan aktivite (DPPH metodu ile) ve fenolik, tayinleri (Folin-Ciocalteu yöntemi ile) yapılmıştır. Antioksidan aktivite değerleri gövdede %69,76; yaprakta %91,67; çiçekte ise %94,48 olarak belirlenmiştir. Total fenolik değerleri ise gövdede 1969,03±6,38; yaprakta 1840,96±5,24; çiçekte 2100,96±8,21 olarak belirlenmiştir. İzolasyon kısmında bir yağ asidi ve β-sitosterolglucoside-6'-octadecanoate molekülü izole edilmiştir.
In this study, Rheum ribes, which consumed in various ways in Anatolia, has usage. Plant material were collected from Erzincan-Kemaliye. Plants was dried and milled. R. ribes is consumed as fresh shoots and leaf stalks quite common among the community. The antioxidant potantial of methanolic ekstract of aerial parts were evaluated using antioxidant test namely DPPH (1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl) radical scavenging. Values in stems %69,76; in leaves %91,67; in flowers %94,48 were found. Also, total phenolic contents in extracts of the aerial parts of Rheum ribes were determined as Folin-Ciocalteu method. Values in stems 1969,03±6,38; in leaves 1840,96±5,24; in flowers 2100,96±8,21 were found.Phytochemical properties, extraction, isolation and determination of molecular structure was performed.a fatty acid and β-sitosterolglucoside-6'-octadecanoate were purified.
