Özet
Bu araştırmada, Manisa, İzmir ve Denizli illerindeki üreticilerin verileriyle, çekirdeksiz kuru üzüm üretiminin etkinliğinin ve ekonomik yönden sürdürülebilirlik durumunun ortaya konulması amaçlanmıştır. Denizli ilinde yer alan Çal ve Bekilli ilçelerinde sulamasız bağcılık yapıldığı ve girdi kullanım seviyelerinin daha düşük olduğu belirlenmiş, bu ilçeler Çal grubu, diğer ilçeler Ova grubu olarak gruplandırılmıştır. İki grup için ayrı ayrı yapılan etkinlik analizlerinde Ova grubunun VZA etkinlik puanı (crste) ortalamasının 0,726, Çal grubu etkinlik puanı ortalamasının (crste) 0,815 olduğu belirlenmiştir. Ova grubu işletmelerin metafrontier (üst sınır) teknolojisini temsil ettikleri, Çal grubundaki işletmelerin üretebilecekleri maksimum çıktının, üst sınıra ait üretim teknolojisini kullandıklarında elde edeceklerinin %56'sı kadar olduğu belirlenmiştir. Ova grubunda VZA sonucunda teknik etkinliğe (crste) ulaşan ve diğer işletmeler için referans olabilecek 16 işletmenin bir dekar üretim alanında 591 kg verime ulaştığı, 132 TL tutarında gübre, 409 TL tutarında pestisit, 6,89 erkek iş gücü birimi işçilik ve 25,5 litre mazot kullandıkları belirlenmiştir. Ova ve Çal grubu etkin (crste=1) işletmelerinin (n=31) birim değişken masrafları ortalamasının 2,84 TL/kg, diğer işletmelerin (n=119) birim değişken masraf ortalamasının 4,32 TL/kg olduğu belirlenmiştir. İhracat devam ettiği sürece üretim sürdürülebilecektir. Yurtiçi çekirdeksiz kuru üzüm satış fiyatının 2 $/kg seviyelerine yakın gerçekleştiğinde üretim alanlarında artış olacağı, satış fiyatının 1 $/kg seviyelerinde seyrettiğinde, etkin olmayanlardan başlamak üzere bir miktar bağın pamuk gibi alternatif ürünler için söküleceği öngörülmektedir.
In this research, it was aimed to reveal the efficiency and economic sustainability of seedless raisin production with the data of producers in Manisa, Izmir and Denizli provinces. In Çal and Bekilli districts of Denizli province, it was determined that viticulture was practiced without irrigation and input utilization levels were lower, and these districts were grouped as Çal group and the other districts as Ova group. In the efficiency analyzes performed separately for the two groups, it was determined that the DEA efficiency score (crste) average of the Ova group was 0.726, and the average of the Çal group efficiency score (crste) was 0.815. It has been determined that the producers in the Ova group represent the metafrontier (upper limit) technology, and the maximum output that the farms in the Çal group can produce will be 56% of what they will achieve when they use the production technology of the upper limit. It was determined that 16 enterprises that reached technical efficiency (crste) as a result of DEA in the Ova group and could be a reference for other enterprises reached a yield of 596 kg in one decare production area, they used 132 TL of fertilizer, 409 TL of pesticides, 6.89 man/day labor and 25.5 liters of diesel. It was determined that the average unit variable costs of the efficient (crste=1) farmers (n=31) was 2.84 TL/kg, and the unit variable cost average of the other farmers (n=119) was 4.32 TL/kg. As long as exports continue, production can be sustained. It is predicted that there will be an increase in production areas when the domestic sales price of seedless raisins is close to 2 $ / kg, and when the sales price is around 1 $ / kg, some vineyards will be uprooted for alternative products such as cotton, starting with the inefficient ones.
