Merziyye Necefova was born in 1970 in Beylegan, Azerbaijan. Merziyye Hanım, wrote poems at a young age. Her parents had a great influence on her inclination towards literature. She witnessed the war between Azerbaijan and Armenia in her twenties and this war affected her deeply. She lost many people around her in this war. Ms. Merziyye dealt with the subject of war in most of her stories under the influence of her experiences. The fact that her grandfather was martyred in the Second World War, and her husband was a military officer, she went to the Karabakh region during the years of the Azerbaijan-Armenia war. Conflicts between the two countries and the pain she experienced made it inevitable to deal with the subject of war in her stories. Even though Merziyye Hanım produced works in romantic lines, realism comes to the fore in her stories. She wrote her stories in a simple language inspired by the events she lived. The author kept her stories short because she thought that today's people have no patience for anything. Human psychology comes to the fore in some of her stories, in which she does not deal with the subject of war. Some of them are stories that can be evaluated within the framework of children's literature. In this study, the stories written by Ms. Merziyye on various subjects were first transferred to Turkiye Turkish and then analyzed by using the Text Analysis method, considering the elements of event, character, time, place, language and structure. While applying the method, Mehmet Kaplan's Story Analysis and İsmail Çetişli's Introduction to Text Analysis/2 books were used.
