Özet
Giriş: Cinsel saldırı ve istismar, genellikle mağdurların bildiği kişiler ve aile üyeleri tarafından uygulanır. Ensest; evlenmeleri ahlaki, hukuki ve dinsel açıdan uygun olmayan aile bireyleri arasındaki cinsel ilişkidir. Kardeşler arasında görülen ensest ilişki oranı net olarak bilinmiyor. Aile içinde erkeğe uygulanan ihmal ve istismar genellikle fark edilmiyor. Amaç: Bir erkeğin ailesinde ve toplumda yaşadığı şiddetin farklı boyutlarını, ailesine ve topluma karşı bakış açısını ortaya koymak için bu olgu sunulmuştur. Olgu, çocukluğundan itibaren abisi tarafından istismar edilen genç bir erkektir. Gereç ve Yöntem: Olguya kimliğinin açıklanmayacağı konusunda gerekli açıklamalar yapılıp, güveni sağlandıktan sonra, olgudan sözlü onam alınmıştır. Alınan onam sonrasında, olgu yaşadığı durumu anlatım yöntemiyle aktarmıştır. Bu makalede de olgunun yaşadığı olay kendi ifadeleri kullanılarak yazıya aktarılmıştır. SONUÇ: Olgu küçük yaştan itibaren başlayan ve hala yetişkinlik çağında da devam eden şiddetin cinsel, fiziksel, sözel ve psikolojik boyutlarını iç içe yaşamıştır. Ayrıca hem ailesi hem de toplum içindeki diğer bireyler tarafından şiddete maruz bırakılmıştır. Sonuç olarak; ailenin kutsallığına inancı kalmayan, toplumun kültürel tabularına direnmeye çalışan bir birey olarak yaşamını sürdürmeye çalışmaktadır.
INTRODUCTİON: Sexual assault and abuse are usually enforced by persons known to the victims and by family members. Incest is a sexual relationship between family members whose marriage is not appropriate morally, legally or religiously. the rate of the incestuous relationship among siblings is not known clearly. Usually, neglect and abuse committed within the family towards males cannot be noticed. Objective: This case was presented to reveal the different aspects of violence that a male has experienced in his family and society, and his point of view towards the family and society. the victim was a young male who has been abused by his older brother as from his childhood. Materials and Methods: After explaining that the identity of the victim would not be disclosed and his trust has been gained, verbal consent was obtained from the victim. After obtaining his consent, the victim described the phenomenon through the narrative method. in this article, the phenomenon experienced by the victim was written out using his own expressions. CONCLUSİON: the victim has experienced sexual, physical, verbal and psychological dimensions of violence, which intertwined with each other and started from a young age and was still ongoing in adulthood. He has also been exposed to violence by both his family and other individuals in the community. To conclude, the victim struggles to survive as an individual, who has no faith in the sanctity of the family and tries to stand out against the cultural taboos of the society.
