Özet
Bu çalışma Ege ve Marmara Bölgelerinden toplanmış yerel barbunya genotiplerinin agro-morfolojik özellikleri, verim ve verim kompenentlerinin belirlenmesi amacıyla yürütülmüştür. Araştırmada 25 yerel barbunya genotipi ve karşılaştırma amaçlı 4 ticari barbunya çeşidi, 39 agro-morfolojik özellik bakımından olarak karakterize edilmiş, verim ve verim unsurları incelenmiştir. Genotiplerin incelenen agro-morfolojik özellikler bakımından yüksek varyasyon gösterdiği ayrıca verim unsurları bakımından farklılar belirlenmiş ve bazı genotipler, ticari çeşitlere yakın verim değerleri göstermiştir. Farklı özellikler bakımından ticari çeşitler ile rekabet edebilecek genotiplerin belirlenmesi, bu genotiplerin yeni çeşitlerin geliştirilmesi amacıyla hazırlanacak ıslah programlarında genitör olarak yer almalarına olanak vermektedir. This research was carried out to determinate agro-morphological properties of the local pinto bean genotypes collected from Aegean and Marmara Regions of Turkey. In the experiment a total 25 local pinto bean genotypes and 4 cultivars were examined in terms of 39 agromorphological traits and yield components. Result revealed that significant significant variability was assessed among the genotypes and some genotypes showed close values for yield and yield components. The identification of genotypes that can compete with commercial varieties in terms of different characteristics will be allowed to participate some genotypes in breeding programs for the development of new cultivars.
