According to the constitution, international charters are as law. For this reason, it is also necessary to make some arrangements suitable to internal regulations on United Nations Declaration of the Rights of the Child that was certified by Turkish Republic. In this study, kind of variations adaptable to the charter about the juvenile delinquency were discussed.
