WHEN THE EXPENSIONS THAT OCCOUR IN PUBLİC ASSOCİATİONS AND CAN BE EFFECT THE AGENTA OF PUBLIC ARE CASTİNG TO PUBLIC, POLITIC AGENDA WOULD BE RISED. ALSO PUBLIC ASOCIATIONS MUST CONSIDER THAT; ESSENTIALY THEİR RELATIONS WITH MEDIA IS MASS COMMINICATION AND THE INFORMATIN WHICH GIVEN IN THIS STUATION DIRECTLY REACH TO THE PUBLIC OPINION. IN THE EXTENT OF THIS WORK, AS A PART OF PUBLIC RELATION, RELATIONS OF PUBLIC ASSOCIATINS WITH MEDIA AS THE LEGALITY AT FIRST, THE PROBLEMS AND THE THEOREM OF SOLUTIONS ARE EXHIBITED. AT THE THIRD PART, RELATION WITH TURKISH ARMORED FORCES AND TURKISH PEOPLE ARE SUVEYED ABOUT HISTORIC, SOSYOLOGICAL AND POLITICAL. BESIDES THAT, PUBLIC RELATION AND RELATION WITH MEDIA THAT OCCUR IN TURKISH ARMORED FORCES AND SPECIAL APPLYING ABOUT PUBLIC RELATIONS CAMPIGNS ARE RESEARCHED.
