Özet
Bu yazıda sağ serebellar hematoma bağlı olarak sağ serebellar sendrom ve akıcı afazi gelişmiş bir olgu sunulmuştur. SPECT çalışması sol hemisferde temporopariyetal bölgede bir hipoperfüzyon alanının varlığını göstermiştir. Bu alan dört ay sonraki incelemede de sürmektedir ve oldukça sınırlıdır. Serebellumun, serebroserebellar bağlantılar aracılığıyla lisan fonksiyonlarında kritik bir rol oynadığı ve perfüzyon incelemeleriyle ortaya konan serebellokortikal diaşisis verilerinin bu görüşü destekleyici olduğu ileri sürülmüştür
In this report, a patient who developed a right cerebellar syndrome and fluent aphasia due to the right cerebellar haematoma was presented. SPECT study showed a temporoparietal hypoperfusion area in the left hemisphere. A repeat SPECT performed four months from the first examination demonstrated that this hypoperfusion area was still present and quite delineated. It was proposed that the cerebellum plays a critical role in language functions via cerebrocerebellar interrelationships and data on cerebellocortical diaschisis elicited by perfusion studies seem to support this conceptualization
