Özet
The article presents the results of studies conducted to study reparative genes of DNA - XRCC1 (10 exons) and ERCC1 (10 exons). 100 surveyed individuals were divided into 2 groups: the basic group - 50 patients with gastric cancer and control group - 50 practically healthy individuals. The results of the study showed that mutations were noted only in 3 exons of the XRCC1 gene (codons 194, 280 and 399) in both the basic and control groups. In this gene, no nucleotide changes were found in any of the exons. When comparing the revealed mutations Arg194Trp, Arg280His and Arg399Gln in the XRCC1 gene, no significant differences were revealed in the genotype distribution and allele density between the study groups. However, the Arg399Gln mutation was more often detected in the main group. Between the phenotypic symptoms, the age of the patients, the genotype distribution and the density of the alleles in this study, the relationship was not revealed.
