Aim: The main purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of Rebozo on low back and back pain in pregnant women in the last trimester. The sample selection process was conducted according to the CONSORT criteria. Pregnant Description Form, VAS (Visual Analog Scale) forms were used to collect the data of the study. Rebozo massage group received 4 Rebozo massage once a week for 4 weeks. The VAS form was completed before and after each massage session, the Thoughts on Rebozo Massage Form was also used to evaluate whether or not they were satisfied with the Rebozo massage. No intervention was made to the control group. Pain levels were evaluated by using VAS, first and last interviews. Then, it was evaluated whether there was a difference in pain levels between the two groups. Findings: The desciptive and gestational characteristics of the groups were significantly similar (p>0,05). At the end of the study, it was found that there was a significant diffirence between two groups in terms of VAS scores (p=0,001) and there was no significant difference between first and last VAS scores of the control group (p>0,05). At the end of the study, when the thoughts of the masage group about Rebozo massage were examined, %64,6 thought that they were relaxing, %21,4 thought that they were good, %64,3 of them should be sufficient for the duration of the massage and %35,7 of them should be longer.
