Özet
Otoskleroz, oluş şekli bilinmeyen, oval pencere yakınlarında ya da kohlea çevresinde görülebilen, otik kapsülün süngerimsi ke¬mik haline dönüşmesidir. Bu çalışmada, nörosensoriyel işitme kaybı olan olgunun her iki temporal kemiğine, aksiyal ve koronal düzlemlerde BT incelemesi yapılmıştır. Elde edilen görüntüler, hastalığın erken ve geç dönem bulguları ile karşılaştınlmış ve ayı¬rıcı tanıdaki özellikleri sunulmuştur.
Otosclerosis, which can be seen around the cochlea or near fenestra ovale, is the spongy transformation of the otic capsule. In this study, axial and coronal CT were performed to both temporal bones of the patient with neurosensorial hearing loss. For the diffe¬rential diagnosis, the CT findings of the early and late stages were compared.
