Özet
Bu çalışmada Ege Üniversitesi Su Ürünleri Fakültesi Müzesi bünyesinde bulunan cephalopod türleri incelenmiştir. 1988 yılından 2015 yılına kadar yapılan bilimsel çalışmalar ve seferlerle örneklenen cephalopod bireyleri ESFM müzesinde uygun koşullarda muhafaza edilip sergilenmektedir. Yapılan örneklemeler sonucunda cephalopodlar Marmara denizi, Ege Denizi, Akdeniz ve Kuzey Kıbrıs sularından elde edilmiştir. Bu çalışmaların sonucunda ESFM'de, Sepiida ordosundan 58 adet, Sepiolida ordosundan 230 adet, Teuthida ordosundan 106 adet ve Octopoda ordosundan 139 adet saklama kavanozunda farklı türlere ait bireyler bulunmaktadır. Müzede bulunan cephalopod türleri öncelikle temizlenerek, bilinen 4 adet saklama yöntemleri arasında en uygun olan formalinle saklama yöntemi kullanılarak kavanozlarda saklanmış olup, daha sonra kavanozların üzerine örneklemelere ait gerekli bilgiler etiketlenerek, bilgisayar ortamında kaydı tutulmuştur.
Within this study cephalapoda species in Ege University, Aquatic and Fisheries Engineering Faculty Museum were examined. Cephalapoda specimens obtained from scientific expeditions and studied between 1988-2015 are being preserved and displayed in ESFM Museum under proper conditions. Specimens are obtained from expeditions to Marmara, Aegean, Mediterranean seas and north Cyprus shores. As a result of these studies we have secured, 58 specimens from Sepiida, 230 from Sepiolida, 106 from Teuthida and 139 from Octopoda members in protective jars. Cephalapoda species present in museum were first properly cleaned then were fixed in jars with formaline fixation as it is the most appropriate method available, then necessary information about the specimens were written on each jar and recorded in computer enviroment.
