Özet
Toprak korunumuna ilişkin çok dikkat çeken alternatif yaklaşımlardan biri toprak stürüktürünü ve agregat stabilitesini iyileştirmek veya devam ettirmek için yapay polimerlerin toprağa uygulanmasıdır. Araştırmada, eğimli alanlardaki tarım topraklarından alınan 3 adet toprak örneğinde iyonik olmayan ve anyonik özellikte iki polimer düşük yoğunluklarda toprak yüzeyine uygulanmış ve böylece farklı polimer uygulamalarının yüzey akış ve toprak kaybı üzerine etkisini incelemek amaçlanmıştır. Bu çalışmada, toprak örneklerinin yerleştirildiği 30x45x5 cm boyutlarındaki parseller üzerine 1000 mg $L^ {-1}$ ve 100 mg $L^ {-1}$ yoğunluklarda (667 g $da^ {-1}$ ile 66.7 g $da^ {-1}$ oranlarında) PVA (polivinilalkol) ve PAM (poliakrilamid) yapay polimerleri uygulanmıştır. Polimer uygulamalarından 24 saat sonra parsellere yaklaşık 65 mm $h^ {-1}$ yoğunlukta 60 dakika süreyle yapay yağış yağdırılmıştır. Deneme sonucu elde edilen verilere göre suya dayanıklı agregat yüzdesi daha yüksek olan toprakta polimer uygulamalarının daha etkili olduğu, bu etki oranının polimer çeşit ve dozlarına göre değiştiği belirlenmiştir. Özellikle, PVA yüzey akış ve toprak kaybında daha önemli azalmalara neden olmuştur. Yüzey akış ve toprak kaybını azaltmada 667 g $da^ {-1}$ polimer oranının etkili olduğu belirlenmiştir.
One of the conspicuous alternative approaches concerning soil conservation is being applied of synthetic polymers to soil in order to improve or maintain of soil structure and aggregate stability. In the research, two polymers which is nonionic and anionic were applied in low concentrations to surface of three soil taken from sloping agricultural lands, and thus it was aimed to study the common effect of different applications of polymer on runoff and soil loss. In this study, PVA (polyvinylalcohol) and PAM (polyacrylamide) at 1000 mg $L^ {-1}$ to 100 mg $L^ {-1}$ concentration (667 g $da^ {-1}$; 66.7 g $da^ {-1}$) were applied on soil parcels of 30x45x5 cm dimensions. 24 hours after polymer applications, simulated rainfall with about 65 mm $h^ {-1}$ intensity was applied on parcels during 60 minutes. According to the results. It was determined that polymer application was more effective on soil having high seconder aggregate percentage, and this effect changed depending on type of polymer and application rate of polymers. Especially, PVA caused to more important decreases in runoff and soil loss. In addition, ıt was also found that the polymer rate of 667 g $da^ {-1}$ was effective to decrease runoff and soil loss.
