Özet
Bu araştırmada, okul öncesi dönem çocuklarının ebeveynlerinin otantiklik düzeyi ile
çocuklarının yaratıcılıkları arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırma yöntemi
olarak korelasyonel (ilişkisel) tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın amacına ve
yöntemine uygun olarak maksimum çeşitlilik örneklemesi kullanılmıştır. Gerekli yasal izinler
alındıktan sonra İzmir il merkezinde yer alan alt-orta-üst sosyoekonomik düzeydeki MEB’e
bağlı ana okulları ve anasınıfları ile çalışılmıştır. Buna göre 120 anne 120 baba ve 120 çocuk
araştırmanın örneklemini oluşturmuştur. Araştırmada ebeveynlere “Demografik Bilgi Formu”
ve “Özgünlük/ Otantiklik Ölçeği” uygulanırken çocuklara “Torrance Yaratıcı Düşünce Testi
Şekilsel A Formu” uygulanmış ve ölçeklerden elde edilen veriler SPSS 23 ile analiz
edilmiştir. Tüm ölçekler araştırmacı tarafından birebir uygulanmış ve kodlanmıştır. Analiz
sonucuna göre, ebeveynin otantiklik düzeyi ile çocuğunun yaratıcılığı arasında orta düzey
anlamlı bir ilişki bulunmuştur. Ayrıca ebeveynin otantiklik düzeyi gelir düzeyine göre
farklılaşırken eğitim düzeyine göre farklılaşmamış ve çocuğun yaratıcılığı ile anne babanın
eğitim ve gelir düzeyi arasında anlamlı bir ilişki ortaya konmuştur. Özetle bulgular bize,
otantik ebeveynlerin kendi özgün düşünme becerisi ve entelektüel kimliği sayesinde
çocuğunun eğitimsel ve gelişimsel sürecinde de yeniliklere açık olduğunu ve çocuklarına yeni
fırsatlar sunarak onların yaratıcılıklarını desteklediğini düşündürmektedir. Elde edilen
bulgular literatür ışığında tartışılmış ve birtakım önerilerde bulunulmuştur.
INTRODUCTION In the introductory part of the study, the purpose, importance, contribution and support to the literature, limitations and assumptions are stated. In this study, it is aimed to investigate the relationship between the authenticity level of the parents of preschool children and the creativity of their children. In this section, a detailed literature summary is given and definitions are given within the framework of theories. Theoretical information about the relationship between the concepts of authenticity and creativity are given. In the introductory part of the study, literature synthesis is presented to the reader in a clear and understandable language. METHOD The method step of the research is the section in which the method and system is conducted. In this section, data collection tools used in the study are introduced and the procedures applied are explained. Correlational survey model was used as research method. Maximum diversity sampling was used in accordance with the purpose and method of the study. This way of sampling reveals the diversity and diversity in a large group. After obtaining the necessary legal permissions, we worked with kindergartens and kindergartens affiliated to MEB at lower-middle-upper socioeconomic level in İzmir city center. Accordingly, 120 mothers, 120 fathers and 120 children were the sample of the study. In the study, “Demographic Information Form” and “Originality / Authenticity Scale” were applied to the parents while “Torrance Creativity Test" was applied to the children and the data obtained from the scales were analyzed with SPSS 23 Analysis Program. All scales were administered and coded to both parents and the children by the researcher. RESULTS In the findings section of the research, the tabulated forms of the analyzes performed in the SPSS Analysis Program are included. The main finding of the study, which is the answer to the basic question of the research, is that there is a moderate level of relationship between the authenticity level of the parent and the creativity of the child. On the other hand, the authenticity level of the parent differs according to the income level but not according to the education level. In addition, a significant relationship between the creativity of the child and the education and income level of the parents was revealed. CONCLUSION The findings obtained in this section are summarized, discussed and made some suggestions in the light of theories and literature. The answers to the problems of the study were explained and discussed in psychological, sociological and educational ways. The findings suggest that the authentic parents are open to innovations in the educational and developmental processes of their child thanks to their unique thinking skills and intellectual identity and support their creativity by offering new opportunities to their children. In this study, the relationship between authenticity and creativity was revealed and a wide door was opened to parents and researchers.
