Özet
Trombotik trombositopenik purpura ve hemolitik üremik sendrom, trombotik mikroangiopatilerin nadir formlarıdır ve arterial ve kapillerlerin mikrotrombuslarla tıkanmasıyla karakterizedir. Değişen derecelerde renal ve nörolojik bozukluklar hemoliz ve trombositopeni bulgularına eşlik eder. Her iki hastalık formu da benzer patofizyolojik özellikler taşır ve tedavi yaklaşımları birbirine benzerdir. Bu klinik tablolar gebelikte ortaya çıktığı zaman yüksek maternal ve fetal morbiditeye neden olurlar. Bu yazıda gebelikte saptanan bir mikroangiopatik hemolitik anemi olgusu tartışılmıştır.
Thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura and hemolytic uremic syndrome are rare thrombotic microangiopathies characterized by occlusion of arterioles and capillaries by microthrombi. Varying degrees of renal and neurologic impairment accompany the findings of thrombocytopenia and hemolysis. These two diseases have similar underlying patophysiologic features and treatment modalities. Thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura and hemolytic uremic syndrome are associated -with high maternal and fetal morbidity and mortality. in this report, we present a case with microangiopathic hemolytic anemia during pregnancy.
