Ehlers-Danlos sendromu bağ dokusunun genetik geçiş gösteren bir hastalığıdır. Burada, eklem gevşekliği, deri bulguları gibi sendromun temel bulgularının yanısıra belirgin kifoskolyozunun da olması nedeniyle Ehlers-Danlos tip VI tanısı almış, anne ve babası 2. kuzen olan bir erkek olgu sunulmaktadır.
Ehlers-Danlos is a heritable connective tissue disorder. Here, a case of Ehlers-Danlos syndrome type VI is presented. This case, 14 year-old male, was bom to a consanguineous parents and showed joint laxity, skin changes and kyphoscoliosis which are the characteristic features of Ehlers-Danlos syndrome type VI.
