Özet
Tüm dünyada sosyal bir fenomen olarak ortaya çıkan ve kitlelerin dili haline gelen futbol, bünyesinde ne yazık ki şiddeti barındırmakta ve bu şiddet oyunun çekiciliğine gölge düşürmektedir. Futbol sahaları ve çevresinde gelişen şiddet sadece futbola özgü değildir. Sorun salt polisiye tedbirlerin arttırılması ile de çözülemez. Futboldaki şiddeti içinde ortaya çıktığı toplumsal ve ekonomik koşullarla ilişkilendirmek gerekmektedir. Ancak böyle bir perspektif sorunu doğru kavramamızı sağlayacaktır.
Football game, which existed as a social phenomenon and a language of the masses in the world, unfortunately bears the violence in itself that shadows its attractiveness. The violence that develops in the football field and its surrounding enviroment is not peculiar only to football game. The violence problem can not only be solved by increasing security precautions. It is necessary to associate the violence in football with the economic and social conditions. Only such a perspective can provide a base to comprehend the problem in its essence.
