Özet
Cam yüzeyleri üzerinde elde edilen tek ve iki katmanlı ince film yansıtmaz kaplamaların optik özellikleri incelendi. İnce film kaplamalar uygun kırılma indisi değerlerine sahip malzemelerin vakumda buharlaştmlmasıyla elde edildi. Kaplanan örneklerin işlev görecekleri spektral bölgedeki reflektansları ölçülerek kaplanmamış cam yüzeylerin reflektans spektrumlarıyla karşılaştırıldı. Sonuçlar kaplama malzemelerinin kırılma indisi ve optik kalınlığı gözönüne alınarak tartışıldı.
The optical properties of single and double-layer thin film antireflection coatings obtained on glass surfaces have been investigated. Thin film coatings were deposited by vacuum evaporation of the materials having suitable refractive index. The reflectance spectra of the samples were measured in their functional spectral region, and compared with that of uncoated glass surfaces. The results were discussed by considering the refractive index and optical thickness of the coatings.
