Özet
Dev hücreli tümör benign fakat lokal agresif karakterli, rekürrens oranı yüksek olabilen bir lezyondur. Radius distal ucu üçüncü en sık lokalizasyondur. Burada radius distal uç yerleşimli, mültipl rekürrens gösteren bir olgu sunulmuştur. Olguda tedavi seçenekleri olarak küretaj, küretaj ve greftleme, kemik çimentosu, formol ve alkol gibi lokal adjuvan ajanlar kullanılmasına karşın agresivitesi devam eden lezyona geniş eksizyon ve otojen nonvaskülarize fibula grefti ile revizyon uygulanmıştır.
Giant cell tumor of bone is benign but locally aggressive tumor with a high recurrence rate. the distal end of the radius is the third most common localization. in this study we present a recurrent giant cell tumor localized at the distal end of the radius. in that case curettage, curettage and grafting, local agents as bone cement, formol and alcohol were the initial treatments however wide excision and revision with otogenous non vascularized fibular graft has been applied in the continuing aggresivity of the lesion
