Volt elektrik motorlarında yeni ürün geliştirme sürecinin yapılandırılması

Bu tezin amacı; Volt Elektrik Motorları’ nda yürütülen yeni ürün geliştirme projelerinde bütün süreçlerin tanımlanması, her sürecin girdi ve çıktıları ile beraber darboğazların belirlenmesi, süreçlerin birbirine bağlanması ile izlenebilir, kontrol edilebilir ve şirket hafızasının oluşacağı bir ürün geliştirme sürecinin oluşturulmasıdır. Tez içerisinde yenilik ve icat kavramları incelenmiş, teknolojinin gelişimi ve müşteri beklentilerinde ki değişimlere bağlı olarak ürün geliştirme süreçlerinin nasıl değiştiği incelenmiş, Volt Elektrik Motorları’ nın ihtiyaçları analiz edilmiş, bunlara bağlı olarak Yeni Ürün Geliştirme Süreçleri Volt Motor için tasarlanmıştır. Tasarımı yapılan süreç, Solidwork Manage PLM yazılımı üzerinde kurgulanmış ve örnek bir projede işletilmeye başlanmıştır. Yeni süreçle beraber Volt Motor’da yeni ürün geliştirme süreçleri daha hızlı, daha esnek ve mevcut sisteme göre daha düşük maliyetli olarak işleyeceği öngörülmektedir.

The purpose of this project is to define all processes in new product development projects carried out at Volt Electric Motors, to identify bottlenecks along with the inputs and outputs of each process, and to create a product development process that can be monitored, controlled and company memory will be formed by connecting the processes. Innovation and invention were examined within the scope of the thesis. It has been examined how product development processes have changed depending on the development of technology and changes in customer expectations. The needs of Volt Electric Motors have been analyzed and accordingly New Product Development Processes have been designed for Volt Electric Motors. The designed process was built on Solidwork Manage PLM software and started to be operated in a sample project. With the new process, we foresee that new product development processes in Volt Electric Motors will operate faster, more flexible and at a lower cost than the current system.
