Özet
Endüstri 4.0'ın konfeksiyon üretim süreçlerindeki dijitalleşme ve otomasyonuyla beraber, veri toplama, analiz etme ve işleme kapasitesinin artması beklenmektedir. Bu çerçevede, Endüstri 4.0 teknolojilerinin Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) hesaplamasına entegrasyonuyla, konfeksiyon işletmelerinin üretim süreçlerini daha etkin bir şekilde yönetebilme potansiyeli ele alınacaktır. Tezin amacı, konfeksiyon sektöründeki işletmelerin Endüstri 4.0 ve OEE metodunu kullanarak verimliliği arttırma süreçlerini anlamak, değerlendirmek ve optimize etmek için kullanabilecekleri stratejik rehberlik sunmaktır. Çalışma, bir konfeksiyon üretim işletmesinde gerçekleştirilen bir çalışma örneği üzerinden OEE metodolojisinin detaylı bir şekilde uygulanabildiğini göstermektedir. Araştırma sonuçları, OEE'nin konfeksiyon sektöründe kullanılabilirlik, performans ve kalite açısından nasıl değerlendirildiğini göstermektedir. İncelenen işletmenin OEE skorları, belirli ekipman veya süreçlerdeki zayıf noktaları ve iyileştirme potansiyellerini belirlemekte kullanılmıştır. Tezin son bölümünde elde edilen bulgular ışığında OEE'nin konfeksiyon sektöründeki etkileri değerlendirilmiş; gelecekteki araştırma ve uygulamalar için öneriler sunulmuştur. İyileştirme stratejileri, operasyonel mükemmeliyeti artırmak ve rekabet avantajı sağlamak amacıyla tartışılmıştır.
With the digitalization and automation of Industry 4.0 in manufacturing processes, the capacity to collect, analyze and process data is expected to increase. *In this context, we will discuss the potential of clothing industries to manage their production processes more effectively with the integration of Industry 4.0 technologies into Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) calculation. *The purpose of this thesis is to provide strategic guidance that enterprises in the clothing industry can use to understand, evaluate and optimize their processes of increasing productivity using Industry 4.0 and OEE method. The study shows that the OEE methodology can be applied in detail by demonstrating a research example carried out in a clothing production enterprise. Research results show how OEE is evaluated in terms of usability, performance and quality in the clothing industry. OEE scores of the examined enterprise were used to identify weak points and improvement potential in certain equipment or processes. In the final part of the thesis, the effects of OEE in the clothing industry were evaluated in the light of the findings, furthermore, recommendations are presented for future research and practice. Improvement strategies are discussed with the aim of increasing operational excellence and providing competitive advantage.
