Özet
Başkurt Mitolojik Destanlarının Söz Varlığı adını taşıyan bu çalışmanın amacı, Kıpçak grubu Türk yazı dillerinden olan Başkurt Türkçesinin mitoloji konulu destan metinlerindeki söz varlığını ve sözlük malzemesini detaylı olarak inceleyerek ortaya koymaktır. Metinlerin söz varlığı bir bütün halinde ortaya koyabilmek için araştırma sonucu elde edilen veriler kullanılarak destan metinlerinin tanıklı sözlüğü meydana getirilmiştir. Bu bağlamda, sözlükte bulunan her madde başı için metinlerden ilgili örnekler seçilmiş ve madde başları ile birlikte verilmiştir. Bu yolla hem destan metinlerinin söz kadrosu ile çağdaş Başkurt Türkçesinin söz varlığı arasında bir karşılaştırma yapma fırsatı doğmuş hem de Başkurt destanlarına ait bir sözlük çalışmasının da temeli atılmıştır.
The aim of this study titled "Lexicology of Bashkir Mythological Epics" is to examine in detail the glossary and dictionary material of the mythologic epics of Bashkir language, one of the Turkic literary languages belonging to the Kipchak branch. To provide the lexicology of the epics as a whole, a dictionary is formed with the sample sentences from the original texts by using the data gathered during research. In this context, the dictionary selects related samples from the texts for each lexical entry and gives these samples with the entries. Therefore, this study gives us an opportunity yo make a comparison between the epics' vocabulary and modern Bashkir vocabulary. Additionally, it becomes the basis for a more comprehensive dictionary for all Bashkir epics.
