Özet
Literatürde dişlerin şekil ve sayı anomalilerine, sürme zamanı farklılıklarına ait bilgiler rapor edilmiştir. Dişlerin maturasyonun erken dönemindeki etkilen¬meler diş eksikliği (oligodonti veya hipodonti) veya artı diş oluşumuna neden olmaktadır. Dişlerin ektopik erupsiyonu farklı lokalizasyonlarda gözlenmekte, ancak intranazal ektopik dişlere nadiren rastlanmak¬tadır. Bu olguda nazal kavitede lokalize ektopik bir diş ve maksillada lokalize süpernumere bir diş rapor edilmektedir.
Numerous anomalies in size, shape, number and eruption of teeth can be seen in dentistry. Interference in the early stage of maturation results in either missing teeth (oligodontia or hypodontia) or extra teeth ( supernumerary teeth). Ectopic eruption of teeth can occur in a variety of locations while intranasal ectopic teeth are rare. This report presents an ectopic supernumerary tooth located in the nasal cavity and a supernumerary tooth located in the maxilla.
