Özet
Ülke ekonomilerinin önemli bir kısmını oluşturan inşaat sektörü günümüzde bölge ve ülkelerin kalkınması için desteklenmesi gereken sektörlerden biridir. Yarattığı iş hacmiyle istihdama katkı yapmakta, diğer sektörlerle girdi ve çıktılarıyla güçlü bağlantı kurmakta ve şehirlerin alt yapılarını kurarak bölgelerin gelişimine katkı sağlamaktadır. Bu sebepten dolayı bir bölgede inşaat sektörü gelişmişse o bölgenin kalkınması diğer bölgelere göre daha avantajlı bir durumu ortaya çıkarmaktadır.
İnşaat sektörünün büyük bir kısmını konut sektörü oluşturmaktadır. Ancak altyapı inşaatı ve özel inşaat faaliyetleri sektörün diğer alt sektörleridir. Bu sektörlerin etkileri ve bölgesel kalkınmaya destekleri farklılaşmaktadır. Bir bölgede kalkınmanın diğer bir yöntemi de inşaattır. Bölgede yapılan konutlar, ticari yapılar ve altyapılar inşaat sektörünün faaliyetlerini oluşturmakta ve bölgesel kalkınmaya etki etmektedir. Bu yüzden çalışmada inşaat sektörünün Türkiye’de bölgesel uzmanlaşması yoğunlaşma ve değişim payı analizlerinden faydalanarak incelenmiştir. Ampirik analizler inşaat sektörü ve alt sektörleri olarak yapılmış ve buna göre, TR-51 Ankara bölgesi her iki analiz sonucunda anlamlı değerler oluşturmuştur. İnşaat sektörü bu bölgede Türkiye’nin diğer bölgelerine göre daha fazla yoğunlaşmış ve rekabet üstünlüğü elde etmiştir.
The construction sector, which constitutes an important part of the country's economies, is one of the sectors that should be supported for the development of the region and countries today. It contributes to employment with its business volume, creates strong connections with inputs and outputs with other sectors, and contributes to the development of regions by establishing the infrastructure of cities. For this reason, if the construction sector has developed in one region, the development of that region reveals a more advantageous situation compared to other regions. The housing sector constitutes a large part of the construction sector. However, infrastructure construction and private construction activities are other sub-sectors. The effects of these sectors and are differentiated support to regional development. Another method of development in a region is construction. Residential buildings, commercial buildings and infrastructures in the region constitute the activities of the construction sector and affect regional development. So in study, regional specialization of construction sector in turkey were examined utilizing with Location Quotient and Shift Share Analysis. Empirical analyzes were made as the construction sector and its sub-sectors, and accordingly, TR51 Ankara region formed significant values as a result of both analyzes. Construction industry more concentrated than in other regions of Turkey in this region and has gained a competitive advantage.
