Özel eğitim okullarında görev yapan öğretmenlerin sosyal destek düzeyi ile takım çalışması tutumu arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesi

Özet
Özel eğitim hizmetleri, mesleki sosyal destek ve takım çalışması gerektiren bir süreçtir. Mesleki sosyal destek, özel eğitim kurumlarında çalışan öğretmenlerin performansı ve motivasyonu için de gerekli görülmektedir. Literatür incelendiğinde öğretmenlerin meslektaş desteği ve yönetim desteğini daha fazla önemsedikleri söylenebilir. Bu araştırmanın amacı özel eğitim okullarındaki öğretmenlerin mesleki sosyal destek algıları ile takım çalışmasına ilişkin tutumları arasında anlamlı ilişki olup olmadığını incelemektir. Araştırmanın yöntemi nicel araştırma yöntemi bağlamında ilişkisel - tarama modelindedir. Çalışma grubu 2021-2022 öğretim yılında Milli Eğitim Bakanlığına bağlı faaliyet gösteren özel eğitim okullarında görevli öğretmenlerden oluşmuştur. Veriler, Kaner tarafından 2004 yılında geliştirilen "Mesleki Sosyal Destek" ve Gülbahar tarafından 2020 yılında geliştirilmiş olan "Takım Çalışması Tutum" ölçekleri kullanılarak toplanmıştır. Ölçekler, çevrimiçi ortamda toplanmıştır. Öğretmenlerin eksiksiz olarak doldurduğu 226 ölçek değerlendirilmeye alınmıştır. Çarpıklık ve basıklık değerlerine göre veriler normal dağılım gösterdiği için parametrik testlere tabi tutulmuştur. Analiz sonuçlarına göre; Özel eğitim okullarında görevli öğretmenlerin sosyal destek algılarının cinsiyete, yaşa, hizmet süresine göre anlamlı farklılık gösterdiği ancak mezun oluna bölüme göre anlamlı farklılık göstermediği belirlenmiştir. Özel eğitim kurumlarında görev yapan öğretmenlerin takım çalışması tutumuna ilişkin görüşlerinin mezun olunan bölüme göre anlamlı bir fark göstermediği belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca sosyal destek algıları ile takım çalışması tutumları arasında pozitif ilişki olduğu saptanmıştır. Mesleki sosyal destek algılarının takım çalışmasına karşı tutumlarını anlamlı yordadığı belirlenmiştir.
Special education services are a process that requires professional social support and teamwork. Professional social support is also considered necessary for the performance and motivation of teachers working in private education institutions. When the literature is examined, it can be said that teachers care more about colleague support and management support. The aim of this study is to examine whether there is a significant relationship between the perceptions of professional social support and attitudes towards teamwork of teachers working in special education schools. The method of the research is the quantitative method and it is in the relational screening model. The working group consisted of teachers working in special education schools affiliated to the Ministry of National Education in the 2021-2022 academic year. The data were collected using the "Vocational Social Support" scale developed by Kaner in 2004 and the "Teamwork Attitude" scale developed by Gülbahar in 2020. The scales were collected online via Google forms. 226 scales filled in completely by the teachers were evaluated. Since the data showed normal distribution according to the skewness and kurtosis values, they were subjected to parametric tests. According to the analysis results; It was determined that the social support perceptions of the teachers working in special education schools differed significantly according to gender, age and length of service, but did not differ significantly according to the department they graduated from. It was determined that the views of the teachers working in special education institutions regarding the teamwork attitude did not show a significant difference according to the department they graduated from. In addition, it was determined that there was a positive relationship between teachers' perceptions of social support and their teamwork attitudes. It was determined that teachers' perceptions of professional social support significantly predicted their attitudes towards teamwork.
