Özet
Bu tezde su ürünleri işleme tesislerinin iş sağlığı ve güvenliği alanında yer alan kanun, yönetmelik ve tüzüklere göre alınan önlemler ve tespit edilen eksiklikler incelenmiştir. Tez çalışması kapsamında İzmir'de yer alan 4 adet su ürünleri işleme tesisi incelenmiştir. İncelenen su ürünleri işleme tesisleri 6331 sayılı iş sağlığı ve güvenliği kanununa ve bu yasa kapsamında bulunan yönetmeliklere göre değerlendirilip mevcut risklerin yok edlmesi ya da en düşük seviyeye indirilmesi hedeflenmiştir. Ayrıca farklı sektörlerde ki iş sağlığı ve güvenliği alanında ki çalışmalar incelenip değerlendirilmiştir. Su ürünleri işleme tesislerindeki iş sağlığı ve güvenliği açısından oluşan riskler ve tehlikeler farklı sektörlerde de benzer özelliklerde olduğu görülmüştür. İşletmelerde ki mevcut ve potansiyel risklerin ve tehlikelerin ortadan kaldırılması veya en düşük seviyeye düşürülmesi için iş sağlığı ve güvenliği kanununa uyulması oldukça önemlidir. Bu alanda yapılan akademik çalışmalar artmalı, üniversite ve sanayi işbirlikleri iş sağlığı ve güvenliği kültürünün gelişmesi adına desteklenmelidir.
In this thesis, the deficiencies which are determined according to the laws, regulations and codes on the occupational safety and security issues of seafood processing plants which are located in İzmir were examined. Within the scope of the thesis, four seafood processing plants in İzmir were examined. İt is aimed that these seafood processing plants are evaluated and the existing risks are minimized or eliminated in accordance with the occupational health and safety law no 6331 and the regulations within the scope of this law. Occupational safety and security in the seafood processing plants, the existing risks and hazards have been similar in different sectors. It is very important to observe the occupational safety and security law in order to eliminate or minimize the existing and potential risks and hazards in the enterprises. Academic researches in this field are supported by artistic, university and industry collaborations for the development of labor and safety culture.
