Özet
Bu araştırmada, sıcak şartlarda kısıtlı yemleme yaşı ve süresinin etlik piliçlerde performans ve abdominal yağlanmaya etkisi incelenmiştir. Araştırmada, 1. muamele grubunda bulunan etlik piliçler sürekli yemlenirken 2., 3. ve 4. muamele grupları 8. günden itibaren; 5., 6. ve 7. muamele grupları 12. günden itibaren; ve 8., 9. ve 10. muamele grupları 16. günden itibaren sırasıyla; 5, 7 ve 9'ar gün boyunca günde 8 saat aç bırakılmışlardır. Araştırma 7-42 günlük dönemde tesadüf parselleri deneme planında ve 3 tekerrürlü olarak yürütülmüş olup her bir tekerrürde 8 piliç kullanılmıştır.Araştırma sonuçlarına göre, muamelelerin 21. gündeki canlı ağırlık ve 7-21 günlük dönemdeki günlük canlı ağırlık artışı değerlerini önemli olarak etkilemiştir (p<0.05). Kısıtlı yemleme yaşı ve süresinin etlik piliçlerde yem tüketimi, yem değerlendirme katsayısı ve abdominal yağlanmaya etkisi önemsiz bulunmuştur (p>0.05).
In this study, the effect of restricted feeding age and it's duration on the performance and abdominal fat of broiler chickens was investigated in hot climate.First treatment group was fed ad libitum without any feed restriction while 2th, 3th and 4th treatment groups were started restricted feeding from day 8th; 5th, 6th and 7th treatment groups were started restricted feeding from the day 12th; 8th, 9th and 10th treatment groups were started restricted feeding from the day 16th of investigation. Feed restriction periods were 5., 7. and 9 days with eight hour/day fasting respectively. This study was carried out incompletely randomized design and the treatments were replicated three times with 8 birds allocated to each pen from day 7 through day 42.According to results of the present study, treatments were significantly affected live weight on day 21 and daily weight gain during 7-21 day period (p<0.05). However, restricted feeding age and duration did not have significant effect on feed intake, feed efficiency and abdominal fat of broiler chickens (p>0.05).
